I was rushing back from the bronx to catch the manhattanhenge. for those who are unaware, manhattanhenge is a biannual phenomenon where the sunset lines up with the grid of manhattan. the moment i reached, the road was full of hoards of photographs and there were clouds on the horizon which blocked the sunset at the moment everyone was waiting for for hours. after waiting for this for months on end, i didn’t want to leave and started walking away from the sunset so that I chrysler building comes into view. by the time it did, the crowds had dispersed, i was surrounded by glass skyscrapers framing the post sunset sky and took this photo.
