Every year when Columbia university holds it’s graduation ceremony, the empire state lights turn blue. to celebrate this, we all went to summit one, vanderbilt with out graduation robes. The best time to go there is during sunset and post that so that you can enjoy the golden hour and watch the city lights turn on.
